About the Role

As the Manager of Training, Support and Implementation, you’ll lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering transformative client experiences. From onboarding and deployment to ongoing support, you’ll ensure our clients unlock the full potential of BEE software solutions. This senior leadership role demands vision, collaboration, and a relentless focus on excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Development – Inspire, mentor, and grow a team of training, implementation, and support professionals. Set clear goals and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and client-centric service.
  • System Implementation – Oversee end-to-end BEE software deployments for new and existing clients. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth rollouts aligned with business goals.
  • Training Strategy & Delivery – Design and execute tailored training programs for diverse client needs. Lead the creation of engaging content and deliver impactful sessions—virtually and in-person.
  • Customer Support & Continuous Improvement – Ensure timely resolution of client issues and drive satisfaction. Use feedback to refine strategies and enhance user experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Product, Sales, and Client Success teams to drive adoption and retention. Communicate client insights to influence product development.
  • Project & Resource Management – Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across all initiatives. Prioritise effectively to meet strategic objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Education, or related field (Postgrad a plus).
  • 7–10 years’ experience in BEE software training, implementation, or support, with 3+ years in leadership.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS platforms, change management, and adult learning principles.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
