POSITION

REGIONAL SALES CONSULTANT - SKIN CARE

Durban & Surrounds | KwaZulu Natal | South Africa

Start: 01 February 2026 / ASAP

Report to: National Sales Manager

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00am - 17:00pm
• Closed on weekends & major public holidays
• Closed annually over Christmas & New Year break
• Annual Leave

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS

• R14,000 Fixed Basic Salary per month – guaranteed

• Tiered Sales Commission earned (2% - 10%)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Based centrally in KZN – preferably Durban & surrounds with ease of travel in all directions of the region
• Formal qualification (Diploma/ Degree) in Beauty / Skin Care OR Cosmetology OR Somatology
• On the road / B2B sales experience within Spa, Beauty, Cosmetics or Pharma industries
• Sales driven – this is the core KPI for this role
• Comfortable being on the road – this job requires a lot of traveling and driving
• Business savvy with confidence working on sales apps & computer literate
• Own car and valid driver license – not negotiable
• Ability to work independently with support from Head Office as well as alongside team members
• Available to assist when operationally required for road shows, expos or launches
• Able to travel to other provinces when operationally required (training / expos & launches, etc)
