A leading compliance consulting firm in Johannesburg is looking for a Skills Development & Employment Equity Consultant. This role involves assisting clients with their training needs, compliance with Employment Equity legislation, and ensuring equitable opportunities for their staff. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have experience with compliance submissions. This position offers a salary of R17,850 CTC and the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment with various benefits designed for career growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience with WSP, ATR and EE submissions advantageous.
  • Experience in the service industry, HR or Financial industry advantageous.
  • Experience in submitting EEA2 and EEA4 reports to the Department of Labour advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in identifying training needs and corresponding solutions.
  • Guide clients in compliance with Employment Equity legislation.
  • Ensure delivery of services as per the dedicated SLA with clients.
