Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as an OHS Safety Officer specifically within the Automotive Manufacturing or Engineering Industry
  • Bachelors Degree or National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Environmental Health or related required
  • SAMTRAC Qualification required
  • In-depth knowledge of OHS Legislation
  • Internal or Lead Auditor Certification in ISO 9001 ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 will be highly advantageous
  • Working experience with ISO 45001 Management Systems
  • Direct work experience in an automotive OEM Supplier environment
  • Experienced in conducting Risk Assessments Incident Investigations Safety Audits Root Cause Analysis Developing and Delivering Safety Presentations
  • Must be able to travel to different sites and any clients premises
  • Valid Drivers License and own Transport required
  • Contactable references and payslips required upon request
