A leading company in the skincare industry is seeking a dedicated SHE Officer to ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety legislation, manage health and safety initiatives, and assist with incident reporting. The ideal candidate will have a recognized Health & Safety qualification and at least 5 years of related experience. This role requires strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to work under pressure, contributing to a safe and supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ related SHE experience.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Experience in FMCG or Pharmaceutical industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety legislation.
• Assist with injuries and complete medical reports.
• Manage and update Health & Safety Management System.
• Conduct audits and implement remedial plans.
• Promote safe working conditions.
