Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage workshop technicians and support staff
• Ensure all vehicle repairs, servicing, and diagnostics meet manufacturer and safety standards
• Plan, allocate, and oversee daily workshop activities
• Monitor workshop performance and productivity KPIs
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality procedures
• Mentor and coach technicians to maintain high skill levels and standards
• Liaise with service advisors and parts department for seamless workflow

• Red Seal Certified Diesel Technician
• Proven experience as a Service Foreman or senior technician in a franchised commercial vehicle dealership or workshop
• Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills
• Excellent diagnostic and technical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Valid drivers licence
