Introduction and Purpose
We are building a Talent Pool of experienced and customer-focused Service Consultants.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through various channels (phone, email, etc.).
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Promote and cross-sell relevant products and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
- 1–3 years' experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
