Is this role right for you?
Demonstrable experience of ServiceNow (ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is desirable but not essential)
Demonstratable experience in Power Platform including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
ITIL certification in service management foundation level (or related equivalent qualification) is desirable but not essential
Able to operate support and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow and automation tools
Experience configuring solutions to support service automation.
