About the Role:
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our dynamic dealership team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop, ensuring exceptional service delivery from booking to vehicle handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their vehicle service and repair needs.
Open and manage job cards in line with dealership procedures.
Communicate repair timelines, costs, and progress updates effectively.
Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and efficient turnaround.
Conduct vehicle inspections and confirm completed work meets quality standards.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Promote additional products and services where appropriate.
Maintain accurate records and uphold dealership and manufacturer standards.
Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12 essential.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in a vehicle dealership.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Technical knowledge of vehicles (advantageous).
Proficient in dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, Evolve).
Valid driver’s licence.
