Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar workshop leadership role.
• Strong background in machine maintenance and stock control.
• Proven ability to quote accurately on projects and jobs (essential).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations.
• Maintain and service all machinery and equipment.
• Enforce and maintain safety standards in compliance with regulations.
• Manage stock levels, materials, and consumables.
• Oversee all machining, fabrication, and repair work.
• Conduct quality checks on completed work.
• Prepare accurate project and job quotations.
• Lead, train, and motivate workshop staff.
