We're looking for a Senior UX Designer who excels at interaction design, someone who can turn complexity into clarity through strong information architecture, thoughtful flows, well‑reasoned interaction patterns, and able to turn theoretical knowledge into usable, desirable designs, then integrate research findings. You understand user goals, system behaviour, and constraints. You're able to structure problems, design end‑to‑end journeys, evaluate usability, collaborate with researchers, and partner closely with product and engineering.

Qualifications & Experience

• Preferred qualification: Bachelor's or honours degree in Interaction Design, Information Design, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Philosophy, Journalism, Information Systems, Multimedia, UX Design, or another human‑centred discipline. Portfolio‑based equivalence accepted.
• Indicative experience: Typically 3–5+ years of UX Design experience, with proven skill in structuring problems, mapping flows, creating interaction models, and delivering clear UX solutions independently in product environments, or equivalent capability.
• Portfolio requirement: Portfolio must include flows, interaction models, prototypes, problem framing, and design rationale.

What you will be doing

• Design interaction flows, patterns, and behaviors across web and app experiences.
