A leading training organization in Durbanville is seeking a Senior Training Coordinator to oversee the design and delivery of accredited blended learning programmes. The role demands a proven track record in instructional design and project leadership, ensuring adherence to SETA/QCTO compliance. Provides vision, leadership, and coordination in designing, developing, and delivering accredited and non-accredited blended learning programmes. The role ensures compliance with SETA and QCTO requirements while creating innovative, high‑impact learning experiences that support our clients and learners. The Senior Training Coordinator builds scalable, future‑ready programmes that combine e‑learning, classroom, and workplace‑based learning, while continuously evaluating and improving their impact.
Essential Requirements:
Design, develop, and evaluate accredited and non‑accredited programmes aligned to SETA/QCTO standards. Create blended learning solutions (classroom, e‑learning, workplace learning). Develop and integrate content into LMIS systems, ensuring accessibility and learner engagement.
Maintain compliance with all SETA/QCTO requirements. Prepare documentation for accreditation, audits, and quality assurance. Regularly review and update material to ensure relevance and compliance.
Apply modern instructional strategies, integrating technology and digital tools. Innovate beyond traditional methods to build scalable learning experiences. Monitor, measure, and improve programme effectiveness using evaluation frameworks and LMIS data analytics.
Work with SMEs, client stakeholders, and internal leadership teams. Provide thought leadership in instructional design. Build strong client relationships through solution‑oriented delivery.
