A leading property management firm in Gauteng seeks an experienced Senior Tenant Installation Project Manager to oversee tenant installations within their office portfolio. This role requires 10 years of project management experience, team leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of SANS Building Regulations in South Africa. An appropriate tertiary qualification and proficiency in Auto CAD are essential. The successful candidate will also be expected to develop staff and manage budgets effectively.
South Africa's largest JSE-listed REIT seeks an experienced Senior Tenant Installation Project Manager to successfully manage their Office portfolio.
The potential incumbent will be responsible for the development, project management and reporting of tenant installations, refurbishments and small works projects; budget planning; SLA management; and staff management / development. They will also be required to understand SANS Building Regulations South Africa.
The successful applicant is expected to have 10 years of experience in managing teams, 10 years of experience in project management / development management from an architectural / quantity surveying background; an appropriate tertiary qualification, and Auto CAD or space planning experience.
