Job summary

A leading tech recruitment firm is seeking a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner to drive the hiring of top engineering talent. You will own the entire hiring process from sourcing through to contract signing, while effectively collaborating with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in tech recruitment, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition. This role is remote, focusing on candidates in EMEA with the opportunity to work with ambitious clients across the globe.

We are partnering with one of the fastest growing AI startups to find a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner who knows how to close hard-to-find engineering talent. We need a hunter who thrives in a high-velocity environment, acts as a strategic advisor to their Stakeholders and Engineering Leadership, and owns the full lifecycle, from sourcing to signature.

Contract: Full-time B2B (Must be able to invoice as an independent contractor)

Location: Remote (Priority given to candidates based in EMEA)

What you’ll be doing:
  • Full-Cycle Ownership: You will own the hiring process for critical technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Product, Data). You aren't just a recruiter, you drive the process until the contract is signed.

  • Strategic Headhunting: You don't wait for applicants. You proactively map the market, identify top-tier passive talent, and craft outreach that gets a response.

  • Stakeholder Management: You will work directly with senior stakeholders and hiring managers. You challenge their assumptions, calibrate their expectations, and guide them on market reality.

  • Data-Driven Hiring: You use data to identify bottlenecks and improve time-to-hire. You don't just "feel" like it's going well; you have the numbers to prove it.

  • Bar-Raising: You ensure every hire adds to the culture and technical density of the team. You are the gatekeeper of quality.

Who You Are
  • Time Zone Alignment: You are fully comfortable working NY / East Coast hours. This schedule fits your lifestyle, and you are able to maintain high energy and availability during these hours.

  • Tech Fluent: You speak "Engineer." You know the difference between Java and JavaScript, you understand cloud infrastructure, and you can screen candidates for technical aptitude before they ever speak to a hiring manager.

  • Senior Experience: 3+ years in full-cycle tech recruitment (Agency + In-house mix is ideal). You have closed senior/lead level engineers and navigated complex negotiations.

  • Resilient & Proactive: You don’t take "no" for an answer easily. Ghosting happens, priorities change, but you keep the pipeline moving.

  • English Mastery: Native or near-native English is essential. You need to write compelling pitches and negotiate complex offers with confidence.
