A local restaurant chain is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee operations, ensuring high food quality and compliance with standards. The role requires managing stock, handling customer complaints, and leading a team to achieve sales targets. Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant/take‑away, ensuring quality standards of food and PEDROS Standard Operating Procedures are maintained while managing stock control, purchasing and orders. Handle customer complaints, maximize profitability and meet sales and GP% targets, motivate staff, manage staff discipline and work rosters, work within a team and drive the restaurant forward, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct daily opening and closing procedures, introduce marketing activities and incentive programmes, handle customer service complaints within the required time frame, provide training programmes and staff development, lead recruitment and selection, evaluate staff performance.
