Overview

Senior Specialist LFI (Learning from Incidents) – Location: Johannesburg. Salary: Competitive and based on experience. Our client is on the lookout for a Senior Specialist in Learning from Incidents (LFI). The successful candidate will play a leadership role in protecting and creating value, with safety as an overarching and paramount value.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

• Oversee consistent application of Safety & Health principles
• Implement and monitor group LFI programs for the assigned sites
• Guarantee accurate and timely reporting of incidents
• Support Level 1 to 3 incidents reporting, HPI/HPHs investigations for the site(s) assigned and cross-sites when required by group
• Monitor LFI KPIs for the assigned site(s) and establish an operating rhythm with key stakeholders
• Deliver governance routines to LFI programs to guarantee program consistency and adherence to group instructions
