Is this role right for you?
ITIL certification in service management foundation level (or related equivalent qualification) is desirable but not essential.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, structured, and methodical approach.
Requirements capture and analysis experience.
Experience with web technologies (XML, JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS).
Understanding of integration technologies (REST / SOAP) and MID server configurations.
High energy, motivated, open‑minded and willing to embrace innovation and new technology.
