An established international organisation in the industrial energy solutions space is looking for an experienced Sales Lead to support the expansion of performance-based energy projects across mining and heavy industrial operations.

This position sits at the intersection of commercial leadership, technical understanding, and strategic relationship building. It suits someone confident managing long sales cycles, engaging senior stakeholders, and navigating complex industrial buying environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a regional sales strategy focused on high-energy-use industrial clients across Sub-Saharan Africa.
  • Manage the full sales journey - discovery, scoping, proposal development, negotiation, and contract completion.
  • Build strong relationships with senior decision makers, including engineering, finance, procurement, and C-suite executives.
  • Provide market intelligence on client needs, operational priorities, and broader sector trends.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to shape credible proposals and financial value cases.
Experience & Background
