We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join the B2C division. This is a highly consultative role where you will guide prospective learners through a portfolio of course offerings and help them identify the most suitable path based on their goals and professional needs.
You will manage inbound leads, conduct high-quality consultations, and close new business by clearly communicating the value of internationally recognised training programmes. The role centres on trust-building, needs analysis, and providing expert guidance that results in meaningful enrolments.
You will work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless learner experience from first touchpoint to enrolment, while contributing to ambitious revenue targets aligned with the company's growth strategy.
Conduct high-quality, consultative sales calls to understand learner goals and recommend appropriate course offerings
Manage inbound leads across the full sales cycle with a personalised and seamless approach
Consistently achieve and exceed individual revenue targets
Maintain a structured and visible pipeline with accurate forecasting
Deliver regular sales reports and communicate risks and opportunities
Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns with buyer personas
Ensure timely and consistent follow-up to maximise lead conversion
Use CRM tools to track activity, insights, and forecasting data
Work cross-functionally with product and customer success teams to share learner feedback
Contribute ideas and insights to continuously improve the consultative sales approach
Minimum 3+ years in a senior consultative sales role with a proven record of exceeding targets
Strong experience in needs-based, advisory-style selling
Experience in education or professional development is advantageous, especially with high-value or accredited programmes
Ability to build trust and act as a strategic advisor to prospective learners
Comfortable managing high inbound lead volumes with consistent quality
Proficient with CRM tools such as HubSpot
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
