About the Role

This is a senior, hands-on recruitment role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage the full recruitment cycle independently.

You will work closely with clients and candidates, handle mid-to senior-level placements, and contribute to growing our brand and upholding our reputation for customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse client portfolio (job briefing, adverts, sourcing, screening, interviews, placement)
  • Source high-quality candidates using multiple channels, networks, and tools
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their talent needs
  • Conduct detailed candidate assessments and compile professional profiles for presentation to clients
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure excellent communication throughout the process
  • Finalise placements through effective offer management
  • Complete all administration through our ATS
  • Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities
  • Maintain high-quality standards aligned with agency processes and ethics
Requirements

Minimum26 years full-cycle recruitment experience(agency experience is an advantage)

Strong interviewing and assessment capability

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

High levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and client service

Proficiency in recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, and ATS tools
