The ideal candidate should have a BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying, be registered as a Professional Quantity Surveyor, and have 5-8 years of experience in the built environment sector. Strong communication and analytical skills, along with proficiency in estimating software, are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years' experience in quantity surveying within the built environment sector.
• Strong understanding of JBCC, NEC, and FIDIC contract forms.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary project team.

Responsibilities

• Manage costs, planning costs, and reporting on costs for construction projects.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Ensure precision, quality, compliance, efficiency, and successful project delivery.
