Qualifications

• 5–8 years' experience in property finance or structured finance, ideally within a bank or private lending environment.
• Proven experience in deal execution, due diligence, and financial modelling.
• Strong understanding of broad property and credit fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate transaction execution from due diligence to closure of credit transactions.
• Monitor and manage existing loan exposures and covenant compliance.
• Manage Analysts in the deal team, ensuring quality outputs on time.
