Job summary

An emerging engineering firm is seeking a qualified Planner to oversee project planning and costing in their Secunda office. The role involves collaborating with Project Managers and Engineers to track project progress and develop project schedules. Ideal candidates will possess a B.Tech or B.Eng in Industrial Engineering and have extensive experience in Engineering and Construction projects, particularly in the Petrochemical sector. Proficiency with scheduling software like MS Project or Primavera is essential. This position offers an opportunity for career growth and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in planning/scheduling.
• Familiar with Petrochemical plant requirements.
• Experience in multi-discipline projects beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the master schedule of multiple projects.
• Monitor and report status of scheduling.
• Provide progress reports and KPI’s to Project Managers.
