Job Description:- Manage the Production Manager and Senior Supervisor within the vineyard division
- Oversee the team’s daily activities
- Manage the irrigation, pest control and weed control schedules
- Facilitate communication between the farm and cellar teams
- Manage all vineyard audits (SAWIS & WIETA)
- Prepare and manage the budget
- Conduct detailed weekly planning of activities and labour requirements
- Support the other department as needed
Qualifications:- A relevant qualification in viticulture
- At least six years’ experience in a similar role
- Sound working knowledge of vineyard production
- Strong organisational, time management and supervisory skills
- Ability to work and perform under pressure
