Job summary

A leading global logistics solutions provider is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize day-to-day operations within its KZN Cost Per Unit division. The role focuses on operational efficiency, quality, and compliance across multiple functions while maintaining strong customer relationships. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in vehicle logistics, staff management, and a diploma or degree in Logistics. Qualifications

• 5+ years working experience in vehicle logistics or yard management.
• Some technical fitment knowledge will be advantageous.
• Effective management of staff exceeding 80 employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational activities across CPU, Preservation, Convoy, and PDI functions.
• Plan and manage manpower, ensuring productivity and compliance with KPIs.
• Coordinate convoy operations, ensuring secure and timely movement of units.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements.
