Senior Account Manager – Insight Survey is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of market research projects : qualitative, quantitative, as well as secondary industry and competitor intelligence, while also managing the operations of a regional office.
This exciting role combines hands‑on research management and execution, client relationship management and business development, business team leadership, and operational oversight.
The ideal candidate will have 5‑10 years of experience in market research, a strong command of research methodologies, excellent project management skills, and a passion for developing people and delivering meaningful insights to clients.

Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of primary and secondary research projects, including coordination of data collection and fieldwork, data analysis, interpretation, report writing, review, and finalisation.
Ensure quality control across all research deliverables.
Handle complex client requests and tailor research designs to meet client objectives.
Present research findings and strategic recommendations to clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects.
Lead client briefings, project updates, and results presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential new and existing clients.
Proactively identify opportunities to add value and support client decision‑making.
Oversee daily operations and performance of the regional office.
Manage workload planning, team capacity, and timelines across multiple projects.
Promote a collaborative, high‑performance work environment.
Address operational challenges and ensure timely project delivery.
Mentor, guide, and support Junior Research Executives (JREs) and Research Executives (REs).
Conduct onboarding, training, and skills development initiatives.
Facilitate knowledge‑sharing and ensure research standards and best practices are followed.
Review and provide feedback on team members' work throughout the research process.
Minimum Honours degree in Marketing, Psychology, Economics or related field.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Experience working with online survey platforms and secondary research.
Proven track record in managing full‑cycle qualitative and quantitative research projects.
Experience in client‑facing roles, including presenting and advising.
Strong leadership and team development experience.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and survey platforms (e.g. SurveyMonkey, SurveyToGo, or similar).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities.
Confident in presenting insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work model.
