Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of multiple complex IT projects ensuring they are delivered on-time within scope and on budget.
• Direct and coordinate internal resources third-party vendors and stakeholders to guarantee a flawless and integrated execution of all projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans documentation and financial reporting providing clear visibility on progress and performance to all stakeholders.
• Champion project governance by implementing and adhering to methodologies such as SafeScrum Waterfall or Hybrid models to ensure quality and standardization.
• Act as the primary liaison between the project team and clients managing relationships and expectations through effective communication meetings and steering committees.
• Proactively manage project scope schedules and costs implementing verification techniques and performing robust risk management to minimize potential project risks.
• Foster a culture of leadership and continuous improvement delegating tasks effectively and mentoring junior staff to enhance their skills and career development.

Requirements

Must-Haves :

• Education: A Bachelors degree in IT or Computer Science.
• Certifications: A post-graduate qualification in Project Management such as PMP (Project Management Professional) PRINCE II or certified AGILE practices.
• Experience: 5-9 years of direct experience in IT Project Management.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience managing ICT and Cloud-based projects coupled with a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
• Professional Skills: Exceptional client-facing internal communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves :

• Experience: Previous experience with or knowledge of Design Thinking principles is a significant advantage.
