In this role, you will lead IT Service Management and Delivery, drive service improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance in client processes. Responsibilities

• Lead Operational Reviews on SLA adherence, ongoing projects.
• Participate in Service Operations Reviews and business growth calls.
• Identify, implement and review service improvement initiatives.
• Drive effectiveness of compliance and information security.
• Liaison with the client to understand delivery requirements.
• Capture all Client processes downtimes for future reference.
