The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the entire hydroponic vegetable production process.

Lead and manage a team in a fast-paced production environment

Develop and implement efficient hydroponic systems such as NFT, DWC, Dutch buckets, or vertical hydroponics

Evaluate quality control processes to ensure consistent yields and product quality

Formulate strategies for optimizing crop yields and plant health

Key Qualifications

• A minimum of 35 years of experience in hydroponic vegetable production (e.g., cucumbers, peppers, leafy greens)
• Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, Plant Production, or related field
• Additional certification in hydroponics, greenhouse management, fertigation, or Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) an advantage
• Valid driver's license
