Job description

We are seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented Senior HR Professional to support key HR processes, provide guidance to employees and managers, and contribute to creating a positive, high-performance workplace. This role requires strong judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute core HR processes, including compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, talent development, and workforce planning.

  • Support and resolve employee concerns, including conducting internal investigations, corrective actions, and providing coaching where necessary.

  • Build strong, credible relationships with leaders at all levels through collaboration, trust, and clear communication.

  • Apply sound judgment to diagnose issues and recommend effective HR solutions in complex or ambiguous situations.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and Centres of Excellence to deliver high-impact HR initiatives.

  • Manage HR transactions such as onboarding/orientation, leave administration, and exit processes.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR policies, processes, and self-service tools, escalating cases to relevant resources when required.

  • Contribute to location-based events, employee engagement activities, and culture-building initiatives.

  • Support various departmental HR projects and organisational initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain accurate and concise documentation for HR procedures, workflows, and reporting.

  • Compile, analyse, and present HR-related data, including scorecards, dashboards, and reports.

  • Conduct root-cause analysis, identify performance gaps, and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery.
