An African Integrated Workplace Management Solutions Provider is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive the full employee lifecycle in a multi-site operational environment in Johannesburg, South Africa. This role involves implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labour legislation, and promoting a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, relevant qualifications, and strong skills in decision-making and relationship-building.

Qualifications

  • 10 years HR generalist experience across multiple disciplines.
  • Experience in multi-site, people-intensive environments.
  • Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and exit processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on Employee Relations, ensuring compliance with South African labour legislation.
  • Drive performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Ensure HR data integrity and deliver insightful reporting for decision-making.
