As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Sourcefin, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications across both front-end and back-end systems. You will lead by example in coding standards, mentor developers, and collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, and designers. The role focuses on building robust fintech solutions with a modern front-end stack and back-end services developed in C#/.NET.

Front-End Development

• Develop responsive, scalable web applications using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and responsive design standards are met.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement design systems and prototypes.

Back-End Development

• Architect and develop APIs and microservices with C#/.NET Core.
• Integrate databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and third-party services.
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of back-end systems.

Code Quality & Optimisation

• Write clean, modular, and reusable code that follows best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance optimisation to enhance application efficiency.
• Stay updated with modern development tools, frameworks, and trends to improve development workflows.

Collaboration & Agile Development

• Work within an Agile/Scrum/Kanban environment, participating in ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, scrum master and business analysts, to align on the project goal.
• Provide input on technical feasibility and system enhancements.
• Document technical decisions and maintain knowledge sharing practices.

Technology & Innovation
