• Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Science Honours / Bachelor of Technology Civil / QS or Similar.
• (4year degree non-negotiable on Critical Skills Permit – NQF8).

Minimum Requirements

• 5-10 years plus of experience as an Estimator in large residential projects with Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction contractor (see list under files on job).
• They work with corporate companies as well as council housing projects.
• Experience in Construction Estimation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
