Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years experience in operational engineering within mining or heavy industry, with at least 5 years in senior management.
• Proven leadership in Trackless Mobile Machinery (TMM) and Shaft-based engineering operations.
• Deep understanding of engineering planning, legal compliance, and financial governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a culture of authentic safety leadership, including safety campaigns and audits.
• Stay abreast of legislative changes affecting engineering operations and implement compliant strategies.
• Develop and monitor Asset Management strategies to optimise fleet and infrastructure reliability.
