The ideal candidate has a Grade 12 and a relevant tertiary qualification, with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in distribution, preferably in an FMCG environment. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, preparing budgets, and controlling costs within the department.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervisory/management experience in distribution.
• FMCG experience required.
• Good computer literacy, especially in Excel and e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Manage adherence to cash sales and damage sales procedures.
• Ensure proper loading of trucks following procedures.
• Manage returns and damages procedures.
• Control crate function and report daily.
• Prepare annual budget and monitor expenses.
• Conduct weekly staff performance management.
• Hold monthly staff meetings and manage leave planning.
