SSA Workplace Lead

The Regional Workplace Lead is an integral role for delivering the day-to-day operational management of South Africa site operations through a team of dedicated site leads.

The client is mid-way through a transformation program and the role-holder will need to demonstrate a deep understanding of operational delivery supported by SMEs in a matrix structure, experience with change management, possess high levels of emotional intelligence and experience leading a high-performing team.
