Role Requirements
- Lead operations teams and manage incident resolution within defined timelines.
- Implement strong troubleshooting practices.
- Ensure feature teams adhere to operational processes.
- Evaluate, approve, and present changes to Change Advisory Boards (CABs).
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Operational and Security KPIs.
- Report monthly KPI metrics to stakeholders and management.
- Provide weekly status updates on all operational matters.
- Oversee deployment and release processes.
- Maintain consistent system availability and stability.
- Provide 24/7 high‑critical priority escalation support.
- Maintain Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and ensure adherence.
- Mentor graduates and support career development.
- Foster a positive team culture.
- Encourage proactive knowledge sharing and coaching.
- Identify and resolve technical lifecycle issues with feature teams.
- Demonstrate strong planning skills for complex change implementations.
- Manage server configurations and lifecycle (commissioning and decommissioning).
- Report on financial operations (FINOPS) and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure governance and compliance for dedicated hardware and software assets.
- Support existing solutions (DevOps) including standby; willing to be on standby after hours, weekends, and public holidays per rotation schedules.
