Qualifications

• 10–15 years industrial civil & structural engineering experience.
• Knowledge of applicable standards and codes (SANS, ACI, AISC, Eurocodes).
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, layout drawings and structural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compliant and cost-effective civil & structure designs.
• Perform structural analysis and design using approved software.
• Support site engineering, inspections and construction resolution.

Skills

Expert knowledge of foundations and concrete structure design

Expert knowledge of steel structure analysis and design

Proficiency in design software (e.g., STAAD, Prokon, Robot)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good organisational and planning capability

Education

BSc / BEng Civil Engineering

Professional Engineer Registration (Pr.Eng – ECSA)
