Our South Africa Change Delivery organisation is growing in line with business demand, and we seek a senior client-facing Business Analyst who can own the end-to‑end requirements lifecycle on large LISP and Retirement platform implementations and enhancements. This is a senior role: you will run client workshops, challenge and refine requirements, manage expectations and translate often ambiguous needs into crystal-clear specifications, manage senior stakeholders and expectations, and ensure our product and delivery teams can build the right thing, first time for both the client and the SA jurisdiction.

The successful candidate will have solid knowledge of the South African wealth and investments industry, investment product rules, tax, and any applicable regulations with exposure to both exchange and non-exchange traded instruments.
