Job Role : Graphic Designer with Administration Support

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, including diary management, scheduling and correspondence.

They will also be responsible for designing and improving company websites, drafting / editing professional documents and presentations, creating social media content and marketing materials, and supporting events, communication and projects.

Diary Management

Scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing tasks.

Correspondence

Drafting and sending emails, letters and reports on behalf of the company.

Design and Editing

Creating visual materials such as infographics, brochures and client communication using Adobe Creative Cloud and other design tools.

Key Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in PA / Admin / Design (insurance industry advantageous).
  • Tertiary qualification in Admin / Communications / Design (advantageous).
  • Strong admin and design skills (Canva / Adobe).
  • Excellent business writing skills in Afrikaans and English.
  • Microsoft Office and social media expertise.
  • Website editing / design ability (Word Press, Wix or similar).
