What will you be doing

The Senior Account Executive (SAE) works closely with the Account Manager to manage overall client relationships and the day-to-day running of accounts. The SAE continually looks for opportunities to add value to the client's business through our data and is seen as a trusted advisor. Internally, the SAE builds strong relationships within the organization, is highly agile, able to juggle multiple work streams, and supports junior team members.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships by maintaining professional interactions with key contacts and representing the Circana brand.
  • Proficient in all Circana solutions, identifying opportunities to add value.
  • Increase awareness of relevant solutions within the client organization.
  • Manage presentation briefing processes, extracting briefs from clients at various levels of seniority, and managing expectations regarding deadlines and scope.
  • Lead and participate in storyboarding sessions internally.
  • Guide presentation development by scheduling regular check-ins with team members to ensure quality and adherence to brief.
  • Mentor and develop the analytics skills of junior team members.
  • Provide external insights to broaden team knowledge and enhance presentations.
  • Manage presentation delivery, including final checks, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Confidently present and engage clients at various seniority levels, handling strategic and tactical discussions.
  • Follow up on past presentation requests, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Oversee monthly/quarterly data delivery processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams.
