We are looking for someone who is able to confidently and accurately identify the needs of, and opportunities within, both new and current clients, across the client set attributed to them, and to resourcefully manage the process to successfully deliver on the advertising and marketing needs of the client's business goals, big or small.

Responsibilities
  • Work cross-functionally within the agency to manage a job/multiple jobs from initial client brief to final output and billing
  • Cost out a job accurately according to the brief
  • Create and maintain solid key client and supplier relationships
  • Drive the business unit/s of your client/s within the agency's overall business
  • Manage suppliers, supplier quotes and quality control of supplier outputs
  • Be able to report on or answer any questions around a job or its financials at any point
  • Drive efficiency within the management of jobs you oversee
  • Plan relevant resources required for the job at hand and ensure quality control at output before sharing with the client
Qualifications / Skills required
  • Minimum 3+ years of active account management experience in an advertising agency servicing FMCG clients
  • Strong people, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills - when dealing with clients and colleagues
  • Willingness and ability to travel (Must have drivers license and own transport solutions)
  • Experience in scoping out job timelines and detailed costs of jobs to quote clients
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong team-working skills, with the ability to contribute positively in a collaborative environment, while also working effectively independently
  • Ability to work at pace while consistently adhering to SOPs, with the flexibility and agility required in a fast-moving business
  • Ability to interpret client business needs into clear advertising/marketing briefs for the agency that answer business needs
  • Maintain a high-quality standard of excellence in all that you do

Salary:

Negotiable depending on experience and the business case you bring to the table.
