Job summary

A leading security solutions provider in Johannesburg is seeking an Operations Manager to ensure adherence to security requirements and manage site operations effectively. The role includes maintaining client relations, compiling reports, and ensuring staff compliance. Candidates should have a Grade 12 certificate, PSIRA registration, and relevant management experience. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. Preference will be given to historically disadvantaged candidates.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate or equivalent.
• PSIRA Grade A/B registered and accredited.
• Valid driver’s license with own reliable transport.
• Minimum 2 - 5 years’ Site Supervisory or Management experience.
• Must reside in the greater Johannesburg area or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site-specific security requirements are adhered to.
• Maintain relations between the company and clients.
• Compile and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Ensure timely posting of Security Officers as per agreements.
• Audit and verify access registers daily.
