We're seeking a dynamic and experienced SDR Manager to lead and inspire our team of Sales Development Representatives. As an integral part of our organization, you'll be responsible for driving revenue, optimizing sales processes, and fostering a high-performing culture.

What you'll be doing:
  • Coach and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives through a repeatable data-driven process
  • Identify, qualify and generate meetings as an outsourced SDR
  • Motivate and inspire the team to consistently exceed performance goals
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-energy team culture
  • Analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Continuously refine sales processes to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Deliver group and 1-1 best practices coaching sessions across multiple sales channels
  • Track key metrics and provide regular performance feedback
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Address concerns and issues promptly and professionally
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and manage your time effectively
Requirements
  • Experience managing and leading SDR teams in a fast paced environment
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
