Minimum requirements :

A Masters degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (mandatory)

Experience as a Principal or in school administration / leadership, with relevant certification or licensing preferred

At least 5 years experience in school leadership or management, ideally in an independent school

35 years of teaching experience before entering leadership

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Solid knowledge of IEB curriculum and South African education policies
