Senior Networking Sales Engineer

Location : South Africa Johannesburg / Cape Town

• Manage a team of Presales Consultants, Technical Client Consultants, and Enterprise Architects, fostering growth and excellence.
• Partner with Sales to develop account strategies, optimize presales coverage, and ensure timely resource utilization.
• Oversee presales deliverables, resolve customer challenges, and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Coach, mentor, and build technical expertise within your team to maintain HPE's presales excellence.
• Guide your team in applying solution-selling techniques, building trusted advisor relationships, and creating compelling business cases.

What We're Looking For

Education :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not essential.
