Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Training Consultant with strong communication and presentation skills to design and deliver training programs for SAP end-users in a retail environment. This role will focus on SAP Financial modules, Inventory Control, and SAP Retail capabilities including Customer Activity Repository (CAR).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging SAP training sessions tailored to retail business users.
• Keep a strong focus on integration components such as SAP Financials (FI/CO) and Inventory Control processes to ensure all users have a strong understanding.
• Provide instruction on T-Codes, process navigation, and productivity tips.
• Train users on the full benefits of SAP CAR, including POS data integration, inventory visibility, and real-time analytics.
• Teach variance analysis, reporting, and retail-specific processes.
• Develop training materials, documentation, and user-friendly reference guides.
• Partner with business and project teams to identify training needs and measure adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience as an SAP Trainer/Consultant in retail environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO, Inventory Control, and SAP CAR.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex SAP retail processes for business users.
• Candidates within the NYC area should be prepared to work a hybrid schedule but will consider remote candidates who meet all of the requirements
