We are looking for an energetic Salesperson to join our team at Olifants River Lodge . You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, contributing to sales initiatives and providing tailored solutions for our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and matching them with our offerings.
  • Sales Targets : Support the sales team in meeting monthly and annual revenue goals.
  • Lead Generation : Proactively seek out new opportunities by identifying potential markets and contacting leads.
  • Marketing Support : Assist in promoting special offers, packages, and events across various channels.
  • Property Tours : Conduct site visits and property tours for potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Education : A relevant qualification in sales, marketing, or hospitality (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience : 1-2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or hospitality role.
  • Skills :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
