You've mastered the technical side of Salesforce.

You know how to deliver a project.

Now, are you ready to run a portfolio?

In this role, you will work right alongside our clients' CEO and Chief Architect.

You'll be the person our clients trust to solve their biggest problems, and the person our developers look to for technical direction.

What Your Day-to-day Looks Like

You will be looking after a portfolio of 20 key clients.

You are their strategic partner, the one they call when they need advice or reassurance.

You'll guide the build.

You wont just watch from the sidelines.

You'll use your background in Architecture and Development to make sure what your teams are building is robust, scalable, and secure.

You'll lead the team.

You will be the leader for your delivery teams, helping them unblock issues, ensuring they stay on track, and driving a culture of high performance.

You'll manage the health of your projects.

You'll keep an eye on the financials, ensuring your projects aren't just successful for the client, but profitable for the business too.

Who We're Looking For

You are technically credible.

You have a strong background in Salesforce Development and Technical Architecture.

When you give technical advice, the room listens.

(Architecture certifications are a must).

You can read a room.

You're comfortable managing senior stakeholders, navigating tricky conversations, and building genuine relationships.

You're a finisher.

You have a track record of taking complex projects in a consulting environment and getting them over the line.

You have an ownership mindset.

You don't wait to be told what to do.

You treat the business like its your own.

Bonus : If you know your way around Financial Services Cloud, thats a huge plus.

Location : Johannesburg (Hybrid).

Travel : You'll be moving around a bit, both nationally and internationally.
