Purpose of the Position:
- This role drive sales across products and offeringto all customers who walk intothe service centre.
Key Performance Objectives
Tasks
Sales
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build customer loyalty
- Understand customer Journey on each branch visit thus increasing in-store sales
- Maximize all sales opportunities by adhering to Customer Service standards and focus on building the multichoice brand and culture
- Meet customer’s expectation by listening and advising customers on seasonal content, products (hardware and Digital) and promotional activities/ campaigns and activations
- Provide excellent product knowledge to assist customers to make the right buying decision thus build customer loyalty
- Knowledge of current seasonal content to best advise customers
- Knowledge of Cross selling of items (WIFI Connectors, Box office, Extra View, DPP, Show Max)
- Share product knowledge and selling skills with team members Achievement of sales and unit targets
Stock Management
- Handling all product and resources with care to minimize wastage and expense
- View and print reports for better understanding of stock movement and department growth (Sell Troughs, SAP Movement)
- Proficient use of clarity system in line with policies
- Ensure all processes and policies are adhered to with regards to stock movement
Qualifications
- Matric/Prior equivalent work experience
- Post Matric qualification advantageous

- 3-4 years customer service experience.
